Getting Started

How do I create an account?

1. Grab Lvled from the App Store
2. Open it up and hit “Sign Up”
3. Pop in your email and pick a password
4. Check your email and verify (we know, another step, but it keeps things secure)
5. Start adding games and have fun!

How do I add games to my library?

1. Search for whatever game you’re thinking about
2. Tap on it when you find it
3. Pick where it belongs: Want to Play, Currently Playing, Completed, or Dropped
4. Rate it if you want (no pressure though)
5. Boom - it’s in your library

Account & Profile

How do I update my profile?

• Hit up the Profile tab
• Tap “Edit Profile”
• Change whatever you want - username, bio, profile pic
• Save it and you’re good to go

How do I change my password?

• Profile > Settings
• “Change Password”
• Old password, new password, done
• Easy peasy

Can I delete my account?

Yep, if you really want to (but we’ll miss you!):

• Profile > Settings
• “Delete Account”
• Confirm you really mean it
• Everything gets wiped - no takebacks

Game Library

How do I rate games?

1. Find the game (library or search, whatever works)
2. Tap it
3. Give it some stars (1-10, your call)
4. Write a review if you’re feeling chatty
5. Save it

Can I change a game’s status?

Absolutely! Tap any game in your library and move it around. Changed your mind? No problem.

How do I write reviews?

• Tap a game in your library
• Scroll down to the review bit
• Say what you think - could be two words or two paragraphs
• Hit save

Technical Issues

The app is crashing

Oh no! Let’s fix this:

1. Force close and reopen the app (classic move)
2. Try restarting your phone (also classic)
3. Make sure you have the latest version
4. Still broken? Hit us up - we’ll figure it out

Games aren’t loading

Frustrating! Quick fixes:

1. Check your wifi/data connection
2. Pull down to refresh (satisfying, right?)
3. Close and reopen the app
4. Make sure you’re on the latest version

My data isn’t syncing

Annoying when this happens:

• Double-check you’re actually logged in
• Internet connection being weird?
• Try logging out and back in (the IT crowd classic)

Privacy & Data

What data does Lvled collect?

We keep it simple and only grab what we need:

• Your account stuff (email, username)
• Your game library and ratings (kind of the whole point)
• Basic usage info to make the app better

How is my data protected?

• Everything’s encrypted (fancy security stuff)
• We use Firebase which is Google-level secure
• We’ll never sell your info - that’s just gross

Can I export my data?

Sure thing! Just ask us and we’ll package up all your gaming data for you.
